ust so you are aware, there are a few ‘rules’ that we as a club ensure are adhered to. Only students attending the lesson can be in the hall (ie no kyu grades waiting for the senior grade lesson to finish).
During the grading only student who are actually grading to stay in the hall, along with Chelmsford club officials, and the instructors from any other clubs attending. There is no facility for parents, non grading students to watch. We suggest that parents drop the students off, and return towards the end of the day.
Also, the only people on the ‘table’ during the grading, are Sensei Sherry, Sensei Kelly, and myself (I have the joy of doing the admin) the other club instructors, including Sensei Dot, usually sit at the back. If you have any students with physical or even mental difficulties (sounds odd, but we do have them), please can you let me or Kelly know prior to the grading, and we will inform Sensei Sherry.
